Why should Mental Toughness matter to you?
Mental Toughness is a personality trait that reflects how you respond to stress, pressure, opportunity, and challenge. It helps explain how you think and act under pressure — and plays a key role in managing stress, building resilience, and sustaining peak performance.
It can play a significant role in determining how an individual manages stress as well as being a key factor in enabling individuals and organisations to perform at the peak of their abilities.

What are the Elements of Mental Toughness?
Based on the scientifically validated MTQPlus model by AQR International,
the 4Cs model breaks Mental Toughness down into four key components – each made up of two distinct factors.


CONTROL
“Can I do it?” – Feeling in charge of life and emotions.
Life Control:
The extent to which you believe you shape what happens to you. People high in life control feel empowered, proactive, and capable of influencing their environment.
Emotional Control:
The ability to regulate your emotional responses and stay composed under pressure. High scorers keep cool in stressful moments and don’t let emotions derail them.
COMMITMENT
“Will I do it?” – Goal-setting and follow-through power.
Goal Orientation:
The tendency to set clear goals and stay focused on them. High scorers define success and work purposefully toward it.
Achievement Orientation:
The determination to do whatever it takes to achieve. This is about sustained effort, pushing through setbacks, and delivering results even when it’s hard.

Risk Orientation:
Describes your willingness to step outside your comfort zone. High scorers embrace change and new experiences as chances to grow.

How can we work together?
Your journey with re:POWERY begins with the Mental Toughness Starter Kit. This includes the scientifically validated MTQPlus Assessment and a focused 60-minute 1:1 coaching session to help you understand your results and how they show up in your day-to-day life and performance.

From there, you have the option to join The Mental Toughness Club—a 12-month development space for applied learning and peer-supported growth. In bi-weekly group sessions, you'll dive deeper into the 4C model, explore real-life applications, share best practices, and celebrate progress. You’ll be surrounded by others who take their growth seriously.
After 6 months, you'll complete your second MTQPlus Assessment, followed by another individual coaching session to reflect, adjust, and plan your next steps. At the end of the program, a final assessment and 1:1 coaching session will help you anchor the transformation and close the loop with clarity.
This is not about theory—it’s about measurable development, trained together.

With a 1st Dan Black Belt in Taekwon-Do, a 3rd Kyu Brown Belt in Karate, and extensive professional experience at Switzerland’s largest e-commerce company, Digitec Galaxus AG, I know what it means to build discipline, sharpen standards, and push beyond limits.
At re:POWERY, I coach individuals who are serious about upgrading their mental skills. Using the MTQPlus Mental Toughness framework and a Solution-Focused approach, I help you train the mindset and behaviours that allow you to handle pressure, perform consistently, and grow your own benchmarks—again and again.
